Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Optical frames manufacturer
  • Hong Kong office : 120 staff  
  • Shenzhen factory : 800 workers 
  • Main markets : US and Europe for international fashion and optical brands  
  • We are looking for SALES MANAGER – with details as follows : 
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Build the joint business plan with the Key Accounts / Brands 
  • Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
  • Build accurately forecasts and achieve the Account (s) results: turnover, market share and profit.
  • Prepare and lead the Accounts negotiation. Building the action plan to implement strategy, ensuring its execution.
  • Act as the expert of your Account to feed a market driven account planning process.
  • Build a product development plan, and a compelling story to get key account buying in.
  • Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders
  • You have at least 3-5 year of experience as Key Account Manager or Sales/Marketing experience in optical frames or international fashion brands
  • Possess good communication and negotiation personality traits;
  • Have a strategic approach to short and long term actions and plans
  • Fluency in English
  • Business trips to China and overseas is required 
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)  
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
