THE COMPANY :
- Land & Property developer in Myanmar
- Properties include : residential, retail and office properties
- We are looking for SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in Myanmar
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Must be Fluent English speaker, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Station in Yangon, Myanmar with 12 flights per annum to and from Hong Kong
- 3 years of supervisory experience or 8 years of sales experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency such as Centaline, Midland, Ricacorp, JLL etc. as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- International Grade Serviced Apartment or Accommodation Allowance
- Company Driver for daily use
- Work based in Myanmar Yangon
- 12 round trip air ticket provided between Hong Kong & Myanmar (that is one trip back to HK per month)
- 5 days work
