Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Land & Property developer focus in luxurious residential properties in Myanmar Yangon & other Asian cities
- We are looking for SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Must be Fluent English speaker
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- 3 years of supervisory experience or 8 years of sales experience in at least one leading Hong Kong property agency as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Work based in Myanmar Yangon with 1 trip back to Hong Kong every month (12 round trip air tickets per year)
- International grade serviced apartment provided or housing allowance
- Company driver provided for daily use
- Attractive annual bonus
