Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • HK listed company
  • OEM/ODM/OBM small home electrical appliances manufacturer
  • Hong Kong office : 30 staff
  • Factory : Dongguan 2500 workers
  • Main markets : international home appliance brands for Europe and Asia market
  • We are looking for SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB : 
  • University graduates
  • Studies in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus
  • 6 to 10 years sales/marketing experience in electrical appliance industry; preferably with over 2 years at managerial level
  • Solid experience in consumer electrical appliance OEM/ODM program management / sales & project follow up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers & colleagues
  • Report to the Managing Director
  • Responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing Team in both HK office and China factory
  • Lead the Team to provide professional service to overseas customers
  • Analyze and identify opportunities / new markets to secure new business from OEM/ODM customers for revenue and profit enhancement
  • Develop and implement new sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality & production teams to identify customer requirements for product development
  • Maintain good customer relationship and liaise with existing electrical OEM/ODM customers to acquire more business
  • Occassional trips to Dongguan & visit overseas customers when required
  • Lead, coach and train Sales & Team members
  • 5 days work
