THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturing & trading
- Manufacturing : handbag, fashionable gloves, backpack, bags & protective gear etc
- Trading : fashion accessories, clothing, gift & premium and sundries items
- Hong Kong office : 40 staff
- China factory : 500 workers
- Main market : US, Europe, Japan, UK & Asia
- We are looking for SALES & MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Manage a small team to follow up all aspects of customers' requests starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production;
- Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline
- Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories;
- Achieve the sales target and other KPIs
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Tertiary education
- At least 8 years' solid experience in GLOVES/HANDBAG/GARMENT/GIFT & PREMIUM/SUNDRIES/BACK PACK/FASHION ACCESSORIES from medium to medium-to-high products
- Familiar with overseas markets prefer US / UK / EU / Japan
- Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims
- Great time management, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements effectively and in professional manner
- Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Work location based in Hong Kong, travel to China and other Asian countries is highly essential.
