THE COMPANY :

  • Manufacturing : handbag, gloves, backpack, bags & protective gear etc
  • Trading : gift & premium, fashion accessories, lifestyle, home decoration etc 
  • Hong Kong office : 40 staff  
  • China factory : 500 workers  
  • Main market : US, Europe, Japan, UK & Asia 
  • We are looking for SALES & MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Manage a small team to follow up all aspects of customers' requests starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production;
  • Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline 
  • Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories; 
  • Achieve the sales target and other KPIs 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Textile and Apparel Preferred
  • At least 8 years' solid experience in merchandising field in handling GLOVES/HANDBAG/GARMENT/GIFT & PREMIUM/SUNDRIES/BACK PACK and/or FASHION ACCESSORIES from medium to medium-high products
  • Familiar with BOTH UK/USA and ASIAN MARKETS 
  • Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims 
  • Great time management, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements effectively and in professional manner 
  • Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point 
  • Excellent in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Work place based in Hong Kong, travel to China and other Asian countries is highly essential.
