THE COMPANY :
- Garment manufacturer
- HK office : 60-80 staff
- Dongguan factory : 1000 workers
- Main item : woven mens shirt
- Minor item : cut & sewn knit wear
- Main market : US
- Minor market : Europe
- Brands/clients : Brooks Brothers, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilgifer, Nordstrom etc
- We are looking for SALES & MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree in Textile & Clothing / Fashion Design or related disciplines
- 6-10 years merchandising and managerial level experience in garment, of which preferably over 2 years in woven mens shirt
- Good connections for EU and USA market
- Experience in garment manufacturers with factories in China is highly prefer
- Strong knowledge in fabric and garment manufacturing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good presentation skills for soliciting orders
- Lead one of the Sales & Merchandising Teams in Hong Kong office
- Lead the Team to provide professional merchandising service to assigned US/EU customers/brands
- Build and enhance relationship with existing customers & potential new customers
- Grow existing customers to solicit more orders
- Coordinate between HK office and China factory
- Frequent trip to overseas and China is required
- 5 days work
- 12 days annual leave
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
