YOUR CHALLENGE

• Responsible for the support of OEM customers in coordination of customer-specific projects from the time of the request to the delivery of the first series production in cooperation with various internal and external offices
• Giving customers information for customer-specific products as well as for the rolling planning of all products
• Support the sales team on OEM/ASM customer appointments
• Product knowledge consultant and propose trouble shooting solution
• Creation of customer analysis and customer evaluations, support knowledge and experience to sales team
• Support in the field of ASM (After Sales Market) sales indication
• Coordination with international sales team at subsidiaries and head quarter
• Support the trade fairs, Taipei Cycle show, Taichung Bike Week…etc.

• Communication and organizational talent with a high level of service awareness

• Dedicated, dutiful and loyal team player
• Flexible for travel activities in Taiwan
• Good MS Office knowledge (especially in Excel), SAP know-how will be a plus
• Chinese & English fluently
• Bicycle products desired, bicycle industry experience will be a plus
