Roles & Responsibilities - Set up and develop service team Define and install required operation processes and tools, e.g. issue collection and reporting Organize daily operation execution, e.g. allocation of incoming issues and tasks Continuous status and knowledge sharing with international EP plants Performance management and reporting of entire service team Develop, manage and test backup and recovery plans Ensure cyber security requirements Requirements Required Skillsets- Experience in ITIL based IT Service Management and production operations in rigorous 24/7 mode Basic expertise for operation with database design and implementation (architecture, high availability, schema optimizations, etc.) Database tuning, application tuning and performance monitoring Programming language Underlying Windows operating system University degree in IT technology or equivalent experience Excellent English communication und presentation skills, German is highly appreciated This role is based in Aurangabad, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
