Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and robust SAP solutions that meet the business requirements/objectives via SAP configuration and/or generation of functional specifications for ABAP development.
- Ensure the standard models comply with company global optimization goals.
- Develop necessary documentation in accordance with IT standards (project, development, deployment, and support documentation).
- Create functional specifications for hand off to SAP development team for items such as reports, transactional programming changes, interfaces, SAPscript, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and User Exits.
- Ensure solutions delivered, integrate with other SAP modules and conform to the necessary SAP and IT guidelines.
- Performs a variety of task under general supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
- Document internal and external process flows and operating instructions for business execution team.
1. Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems or business.
2. 3 years of hands-on SAP MM, PP, SD, FICO design and implementation experience.
3. 3 years of experience in an SAP Functional Role: strong design and implementation of at least one full SAP life cycle in a supply chain environment and detail expertise in SD MMPP FICO and EDI.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
5. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Strong presentation skills
7. Ability to understand advanced, integrated business processes, identify and recognize global integration consequences.
8. Ability to comprehend and perform complex configuration tasks, resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.
9. Basic knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
10. Demonstrate understanding of SAP ABAP methodology
