Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
3 years or above experience SAP ECC either two of module (MM, SD, FI/CO); less experience will also consider as Senior Associate Position;
Experience in retail industry is highly preferred
Knowledge in B1 is a plus
In house back up service, strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Perform user requirements analysis; review business processes and set up standard procedure
Collaborate with external vendors and internal users to support project implementation and problem resolution
Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training and documentation
Manage system tests and assist in quality control
Handle system rollout and data migration process
