With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented CURRICULUM VITAE Job Title: SAP Specialist Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to join our team with 5-8 years of proven track record for developing and implementing SAP based developments in business modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, PP, LOG, QM, Master data, CO) and be able to facilitate system transition activities, project facilitation, and process improvement. The candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, authorizations, and benefit management for changes in the system. The candidate should be able to work independently in global environment. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with local business leads, SAP key users, and regular users to address issues and system demands. • Evaluate and control the usage of SAP modules to ensure efficient and effective operation. • Process and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely and accurate manner. • Specify and submit demands and requirements, and work with developers to ensure their implementation. • Facilitate testing and test planning for SAP system changes. • Develop and maintain ERP documentation. • Provide support and training to key users. • Facilitate projects in a structured way • Evaluate and control the used modules (SD, PP, LOG, QM, Master data, CO) • Process and fix ERP issues • Specify and submit demands, and contact developers • Improve and harmonize processes • Plan, facilitate and execute testing • Support key users (debug, trainings, support) • Lead migration tasks • Regularly control the system and its usage Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, migration, and management. • Strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, PP, LOG, QM, Master data, CO). • Ability to work collaboratively with international partners and team members. • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously under time pressure. • Strong problem-solving skills, energetic and the ability to think creatively and proactively. • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
