1. 对组装技术产品包括SAP变量配置进行数据管理；
   Product data management for assembly technology products including SAP variant configuration;
2. 对新产品包括BOM和变量配置主数据的创建；
   Master data creation for new products including BOMs and variant configuration;
3. 负责本地变更的管理；
   Manager for the local change management;
4. 向主厂提供和协调变更管理的相关信息；
   Information and coordination of the change management towards and with the lead plant 
5. 组织相关变更会议。
   Moderation of change meetings.

1. 统招本科以上学历，机械工程、商务及工程、商务信息学或相关专业；
    Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, business and engineering, business informatics or comparable;
2. 3年以上SAP主数据应用和变更管理经验，对SAP/R3和变更管理有基本的了解；
    3 years+ working experience with master date application with SAP and change management, basic knowledge about SAP/R3 and change management;
3. 良好的机械工程背景及本地标准相关知识， 以及8D，5Whys，5S等质量管理相关知识；
    Strong mechanical engineering background and knowledge of local standards and basic knowledge in quality methods such as 8D, 5Whys, 5S;
4. 积极主动的沟通能力，能够在跨学科团队中工作；
    Proactive communication-behavior to all levels, ability to work in interdisciplinary teams;   5. 流利的英语听说读写能力，有德语能力者优先。
    Fluent oral and written English skills, German is prefered.
