Job Title: SAP FICO Support
Job Location: Beijing
Experience: 2Yrs-5Yrs
Function: Technology
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support on SAP FICO application production issues
Examine and debug based on tickets/requests, take necessary remedy actions.
Write resolution and complete documentation on the issues be resolved
Coordinate with L1 and L3 team on overall problem resolving
Coordinate with customer IT team on system upgrade and new deployments
Provide suggestion on system/process improvemen
t;
work with team on process improvement and applying automation strategies.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should be
More than 2 - 5 years’ experience in FICO implementations or operation/maintenance
Familiar with SAP FICO functionalities, administration and configurations
Familiar with PL/SQL or T-SQL. Experience with SQL Server is preferable.
Basic business understanding on accounting
Have flexibility to work in non-business hours for any urgencies
Banking/finance experience is a plus
- Designation from junior to senior will be determined by the experience.
Skills Required:
Good communication and client facing skills is mandatory;
Strong analytical ability
Experience of using ITSM Tools – ServiceNow / Remedy as a plus
ITIL v3 Framework knowledge is a plus;
Fluent English read and write is a must; capable to communicate in English is a plus;
Proven application troubleshooting skills;
Quick learner on new technologies
