This is a SAP Function Analyst role reporting to IS Country Manager in the Business Area –Electrification, located in Shanghai or Beijing, China.

Your responsibilities

• Understanding the related business processes in detail and applying this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
• Translating requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Vistex, including but not limited to the knowledge of business process/logic, system solution and realization. Being competent to take the overall support of Vistex for Electrification China by collaborating with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) and vendor.
• Providing consultation, giving advice and supporting the installation of new SAP or related solutions/ services, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services.
• Driving the key user competence improvement plan, maintaining and strengthening the key user community in Electrification China.
• Building strong governance mindset in the Information Systems (IS) solution design and delivery, ensuring the Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) rules are fully followed and key evidence are kept.

Your background

• Must have bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of IS domain experience.
• Strong knowledge in SAP SD or FICO module with a minimum of four full life cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding and integration points with SAP modules (PS, SD, PP, MM, CS and HR) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with sales commercial, pricing, operations, and controlling within the business community. Be able to drive projects thru standard project methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies.
• Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as understanding or anticipating the economic aspects of system management and life cycle.
• Must have fluency in English both spoken and written.
