Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Time Management expert with strong SAP HCM background as a consultant and with integrations with other SAP/non SAP systems. To cover responsibilities like: Manage Time management activities in a regional HCM service (SAP HCM backend system) including operations, change requests and incident management. Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new HCM TM demands (projects, system enhancement requests, incidents & escalations etc.) Capture new HCM TM demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation. Handle local activities related Time Management needed to support the Global PY outsourcing project. Solution designer and integrations expert to support global PY outsourcing project with regional system data such as Time data. Lead HCM topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations, focused on Payroll/Time Coordination/management global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities. Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios. In general, we expect you have: Several years of experience in SAP HCM. Experience and motivation to work in an international set up. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously Capability to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service. Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication. Teamwork. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
