Responsibilities:

1. Standardize the management process for Material master, which essentially has extensive impact onto company entire data / information management and almost all systems, through intensive communication & alignment with multiple departments (at least P&T, SC, FA, M&E and Sales locally, RSO in Manila and Group MDM team in Breda)

2. Manage Material master data (incl. FG, SFG, RM, PM, POP and SP) field harmonization, through good understanding of changing business needs and monitoring system change from RSO in Manila

3. Frequently update Group HAHA for product attributes based on Group guideline, input from M&E, P&T and Marketing

4. Periodically update master data changes and master data accuracy status to business stakeholders to drive data accuracy and integrity, and to raise the awareness of master data quality

5. Plan and conduct master data cleansing per data harmonization initiative timeline

6. SAP master data collection from varied departments based on pre-aligned information exchange process and frequency

7. Verify data quality of collected sales master data before entering data systems, based on well-defined data quality rules, naming conventions and all provided supporting documents

8. Create & change qualified SAP master data in data systems according to pre-aligned data update frequency to ensure business continuity

9. Manage the balance between rush SAP master data changes and master data maintenance requests, through proactively communicating with user departments

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above, 1-3 years related experience in SAP and Master data management

2. FMCG background is preferred

3. Proactive communication within and across functions

4. Good learning agility and detail orientated
