In our global business services center we help buyers purchase materials and services for the worldwide Siemens companies and offer them our expertise in the global strategic procurement system. In our team we are supporting global procurement applications. We are team of experts with the best know-how about the application and are consulting internal colleagues around the world. What you can be looking forward to: You will be part of a project rollout for a SAP platform enabling temporary employment for wordwide Siemens. You will cooperate with a project management team, organize & coordinate meetings for all stakeholders involved (both internal and external parties). You will be responsible for the maintanance of system integration. You will be point of contact for key users of the platforms, responsible for the configuration, setup and training of the platform. You will support the demand management of the platform, from the specification of business requirements and innovations to decision-making and implementation. You will be in close cooperation with external providers of the system, communicating the demands from the business and testing the aligned change requests. We would love to heard from you if: You have a professional experience in procurement/SAP/other comparable environment. If you have an experience in global projects, project management and Training. Your strengths include communication, quality awareness and an affinity for new technologies and innovations. You can speak advanced English / German. You have great time management skills, you can set priorities. You have positive attitude, proactive spirit and you are an early adapter. You have ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve given objectives.
