Eaton’s IT Division is currently seeking an SAP Security Architect to join our team. This position is based at any Eaton U.S. facility. Position Overview: Join Eaton’s Information Technology team and help positively impact our business through leading technologies, exciting and challenging enterprise projects, and new platforms. We are transforming to a Product Centric Organization utilizing Agile practices to help us work more incrementally and fluidly, allowing us to respond more quickly to changing business needs. We are currently seeking an SAP Security Architect to join our Operating and Enabling Value Chains & Platforms. The SAP Security Architect will be required to be a expert in SAP security and compliance design with exposure to manufacturing processes within a highly integrated and diverse IT landscape. In this role collaboration will be required with individuals across value streams and organizations levels (staff to SLT) to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches, and define deliverables required to implement security design across complex business processes and solutions. The SAP security architect will lead security design on global enterprise projects providing SAP technical strategy, solution design and process transformation initiatives. The incumbent will guide and provide ultimate direction for projects whilst being responsible for solving highly complex problems whilst maintaining highest level of influence on projects and stakeholders. New and innovative technologies within the SAP landscape will be evaluated by the SAP security architect and recommendations and business cases presented to SLT. Standards and governance in the area of SAP security and compliance will be set and governed by the SAP security architect ensuring adherence across the entire SAP application landscape. In this function you will: Provide thought leadership and hands-on support towards the adoption of new trends and methodologies while ensuring compliance. Work with business and project teams to design security technical assessments using leading industry practices. Design security roles and authorizations. Be responsible for Development, Testing, Implementation, and Support of Roles, across all SAP landscapes. Ensure compliance with Eaton security policies, processes, and procedures across all SAP systems. Support SAP Security Audits and compliance requests. Proactively manage issues and risks, establishing mitigation and contingency plans. Be proficient and experienced with SOX Controls in SAP Global Risk and Compliance Application. Design and assess SAP GRC Access Control suite of programs, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management. Perform GRC configuration and use GRC Process control to automate the manual processes. Assist functional and technical team with solving critical issues, as it relates to Security or GRC. Develop strong relationships with the business, service partners, and vendors. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 7 years of IT experience Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 10 plus years of SAP Security experience, with a good understanding of SAP security concepts/techniques. Experience working in Agile methodology and DevSecOps. Position Criteria: Solid experience in S4 HANA Security principles and solutions. Experience working in Agile methodology and DevSecOps. Proficient and experienced with SOX Controls in SAP Global Risk and Compliance Application. Worked on GRC 12/10.x AC/PC with at least one implementation project experience. Should have 2 plus SAP security full cycle implementation experience. Should have proven experience in a coordinating and planning role on SAP Security and GRC projects. 3 or more years working in Agile and DevSecOps model applying concepts like User Stories, Personas, Epics, features, Sprint, etc. Proven technical knowledge in all SAP security aspects of SAP S/4, ECC, TM, SMP, GRC, BI, SRM, GTS, SolMan, HANA, Fiori, and PI.
