As an SAP Security Manager, you will be responsible for the NAS SAP security operations and project delivery, governance, risk management and various internal control & audit requirements fulfilment in Global Business Services Business Area in Xiamen, Beijing, China.

Reporting to the IS Department Manager, you will provide guidance and hands on support to other teams to adapt a compliant security process.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for the SAP security team management, building people competence and developing career plan.
• Being a member of NAS ERP Management, defining the priorities to align with the overall ERP team strategy and roadmap. Proactively cooperating across different ERP sub teams and achieve the target.
• Taking full ownership and responsibility in the various IT controls, audits and compliance requirements, with strong governance sense and risk management skills. Working with InfoSecurity and Audit Groups to facilitate strong controls around end user/system access.
• Providing guidance and hands on support to other teams to adapt a compliant security process. Being able to effectively communicate with various control & audit teams to reach a balance between compliance and productivity, owning platform security overall governance.
• Ensuring the existing security operations fully compliant. Owning the security architect design and deploying security solutions that meet Business needs while ensuring proper control.
• Defining and implementing initiatives to improve the security sense of IS and Non-IS people in North Asia, in order to support a sustainable business development. Establishing future standards and processes in conjunction with other teams for the target platform.
• Being responsible for the security project management and delivery e.g. SAP GRC or other systems.

Your background

• 5 years of working experience in SAP authorization management via Operations or Projects with 2 years of SAP security team or IT compliance team management
• Consulting firm experience in risk management or security project delivery
• SAP functional knowledge, ITGC implementation experience & SOD knowledge is a must.
• Project management skills, SAP certified PA is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must have structural thinking and proactive behavior
• Fluency in English
