We are currently seeking an ERP Security Manager to join our Product Operations Center of Excellence (PROCOE) team. The candidate will be based at any Eaton US Facility. The ERP Security Manager will be required to lead a team of SAP and MFGPro security analysts that analyze, design, develop and support solutions to protect the SAP applications through establishing policies and security models to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification of data. The ERP Security Manager will develop and deliver solutions, including design and implementation of Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, CTD controls (controlled technical data), Security Role Provisioning solutions, audit reviews, Security Workflow, Business Process Controls, Security Analytics and GRC Solutions. The ERP Security Manager will drive efficiencies within the team through process optimization, automation and most efficient use of resources and global team structure. Collaboration across the function/business is critical to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches, and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes and solutions while ensuring SOX, SOD and audit compliance. The incumbent will guide and provide ultimate direction for projects while being responsible for solving highly complex problems andmaintaining the highest level of influence on projects and stakeholders. New and innovative technologies across security related tasks will be evaluated by the ERP security manager and recommendations and business cases presented to Senior Leadership Team. Strategy, standards and governance in the area of ERP security design, governance and compliance will be set by the ERP Security Manager ensuring adherence across the entire SAP and MFGPro application landscape. In this role, you will: provide leadership and management for a global team of 10 develop, communicate, and deploy SAP and MFGPro Security governance standards and best practices drive solution architecture, ensure technical alignment and facilitate technical solution delivery across ERP security related activities ensure SOX, SOD, CTD and audit compliance across the ERP landscapes be accountable for maintaining high levels of solution design, change control, standardization, and reusability, demonstrating a commitment to quality. assess and direct IT project activities to ensure compliance with established IT and industry standards. Incorporate information about roadmaps and evolving standards from IT peer organizations (ERP, security, infrastructure, etc.) into designs by actively soliciting advice from those organizations. implement and maintain the standards, governance model, best practices and security template design have ownership, strategy, and roadmap for any security and GRC applications will be defined by the ERP Security Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 10 years of experience with ERP Security and governance of access compliance applications. Minimum 5 years’ leadership and managerial experience Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Position Criteria: Strong knowledge of SAP and MFGPro security configuration and role definition combined with understanding of SOX and other regulatory compliance controls and be able to demonstration the application of such within a large multi-national manufacturing organization. Exceptional ERP Security functional knowledge across GRC, SOX, SOD, CTD, role design and governance processes. Broader level of functional and technical knowledge of ERP security Greater proven implementation experience on a wider range of projects with a greater scope in terms of technological and geographical span.
