Burberry have recently undergone a global transformation, migrating our Core SAP estate onto AWS. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate SAP Service Manager to join our Leeds Shared Service Centre, Burberry Business Services. The role is for an initial 6-month fixed-term, and will suit a driven individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills. 

Joining our leadership team, you will take accountability for the successful operation of the Core SAP Cloud Infrastructure service elements across the cloud platforms, leading multiple support partners to ensure the successful delivery of the SAP infrastructure operations. 

We need an experienced Service Manager with a strong understanding of running SAP on cloud infrastructure and services. If this is you, don’t hesitate to submit an application. 

As an SAP Senior Service Manager, you will: 

• Partner with our 3rd party support teams and individuals that run the SAP systems on cloud infrastructure, managing service levels and submitting service reports to all stakeholders. 

• Constantly review service levels, managing the service catalogue and reviewing processes to ensure they are operating efficiently. 

• Manage the SAP cloud infrastructure service budget, looking for opportunities to drive forward cost savings across the service offerings. 

• Represent Burberry during high profile incidents, governing partners to ensure compliance to our policies and procedures. 

• Own and manage strong relationships with key support and cloud infrastructure providers. 

You will have: 

• A firm background in IT Service Management, and experience running SAP Cloud Services. 

• Strong overall SAP Technical expertise. 

• Experience working in a large, multisite organisation. 

• Experience working with and managing on shore/offshore resource. 

• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills. 

• Delivery experience on AWS cloud platforms.
