Location/Division Specific Information
The SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business analyst will be based at our St. Louis, MO site, in support of the Biologics Division of our Pharma Services Group.
How will you make an impact?
The SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business analyst must have specialized knowledge of SAP modules to provide the business with technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing SAP business solutions that brings together business processes and technical aspects of SAP to improve overall operating effectiveness that facilitate the day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
· The SAP SCM Analyst will participate in the overall direction and implementation of SAP SCM and other modules.
· In this role you will assist in the coordination and execution of SAP SCM systems as well as strategic planning and configuration of SAP SCM
· The SAP SCM aids in other IT projects and initiatives as well as improves the foundation of SAP SCM for the site.
· Analyze complex Supply Chain and Operational business problems to be solved with SAP and similar automated systems.
· Design, implement, and maintain Supply Chain best practices within SAP modules
· Manage projects of small to medium size and scope. Including, but not limited to, SAP implementations.
· Resolve and improve business practices by working with various groups within the site.
· Develop standardized reporting tools that system users can utilize to provide flexible and timely information.
· Assist end-users with identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Provides analysis and supports Supply Chain/Operations SAP operational performance to meet business requirements.
- Define/document specifications for business processes, which supports company and compliance practices.
- Recommend process and work flow to improve efficiency, productivity, and/or customer service.
- Review and coordinate proposed changes on impact to system and users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process-related issues.
- Follow data security and privacy practices and standards while meeting end-user needs.
· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
· Assist with system setting configurations and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and assists with creation of specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
· Design, configuration, and functional experience in the MM/PP module.
· Responsible for testing applications to assess their performance and functionality, and for writing reports and documentation for SAP applications.
· Provides end users with training and instructions when required.

Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / IT or SAP Certification with equivalent job experience.
Experience
• Minimum of five years' experience as a SAP business analyst required with an emphasis on the MM/PP/WM/SD modules and their interactivity,
• Experience in the pharma industry strongly preferred.

• Experience with SAP SCM module configuration, and implementation
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related subject.
• Requires minimum five years of experience evaluating business processes and applications
• Significant SAP experience within Supply Chain and Operations modules as a power user or similar role
• Design, configuration, and functional experience with the SD/MM/PP modules.
• SAP business analysts must have strong systems analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of business principles.
• Prefers experience leading technical projects and project management
• Programming and problem-solving skills are also very important in the field
• Ability to drive functional, technical, and operational excellence.
• Ability to inspire and foster innovation, collaboration, transparency, and team effectiveness.
• Good knowledge current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with analytic/visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power-BI, etc) is a significant plus
