1. On-site direct problem settlement with key- and end-users in APAC

2. Coordination of higher support levels with global IT resources in Germany

3. Identify necessary changes and optimization demand for business processes. Pre-qualify with key-users and document specification for handover to global IT

4. Planning and realizing workshops with stake holders and key-users for optimization of business processes with SAP

5. On-site support for implementation of changes and projects in APAC

6. Involvement in international SAP projects and rollouts

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business or computer science preferred.

2. At least 3 years of experience in one or more logistical SAP-modules like MM, PP, WM, QM

3. Overview knowledge in all other logistical modules and integrated processes is welcome.

4. Analytical ability and keen on learning, motivated.

5. Good communication and coordination skill.

6. Excellent English language skills.

7. Team work and ready for overtime work and business trip if necessary.
