Role Overview:
The SAT Tutor will be responsible for helping students attain achievements at the highest level. Typical class session will include one one on tutoring as well as classroom environment style writing courses, critical reading, and evaluating techniques. Tutor’s will be responsible for tracking students work.

Key Role Responsibilities :
• Responsible for class size of at least 10 students.
• Student age: middle and high school age.
• Provide tailored tutoring on a one on one basis.
• Approximately 20 teaching hours per week (not including prep time).
• Lesson planning, tracking students class progression via in class progress reports and uploading student’s grades to the LMS.
• Providing guidance for students during the class period.
• Help developing additional strategies for improving students’ overall performance.
• With students’ parents hold evaluation and assessment and evaluation progress meetings.
• Miscellaneous duties as needed

Mandatory Work Schedule:
• Maximum 60 teaching hours per month.
• No office hours required
• 2 weekdays off

Preferred Candidate Background:
• Native English Speaker.
• Bachelor degree with at least one year related full time SAT tutor experience.
• Self-motivated and capable employee able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment.
• A proven team-player who can work effectively with a diverse co-worker environment.
• Evidence of leadership potential, and a stated interest in growing as a professional.
• Excellent communication skills
