• Contractor Procurement Experiences on IT Industry or Consulting Industry.
• PMO Experiences on IT Related Project
• Project base work experiences.
• Understanding of Contracting Type (SOW, Haken, Goods and Services)
• Procurement Policy, Compliance Management experiences.
• Minimum 3 years, better as more than 5 years experiences on procurement.
• Internal Stakeholder Management
• Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Management experiences

              Ex Supplier rationalization, consolidation, cost optimization work, supplier evaluation, quality management etc.

Skills

• Fluent in Japanese.
• Negotiation, Management Skills to adjust and find agreed points between local and global directions.
• Knowledge about Japanese procurement related regulation, laws (下請法、商法、独占禁止法等）
• Analytics skills by using Excel, or relevant application tools
• Problem findings solving skills.  
• Flexible, Open mindset, Analytical, Logical thinking, Robust, Efficient work, Resilience in expectations or pressures.
• Highly motivated to be a procurement professional (Process re-form, KAIZEN, execution and consulting) 
• Presentation making (PPT, Words)
