ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently and you will be reporting to SCM Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Distributing new parts to right sourcing engineer and maintaining information record and source list in SAP after getting approval mails.
  • Maintaining supplier database, AVL updating and being responsible for collecting supplier certifications and checking when creating a new vendor.
  • Making monthly BOM cost related reports, supporting internal demand for price and vendor initiated by R&D, Service and PM.
  • Controlling SCM key master data in SAP such as: quota, MDF code, procurement type etc.
  • Performing weekly and monthly tracking sourcing KPI that including information record efficiency and the reason analysis for delay.
  • Keeping close communication with engineering, purchasing and planning department to make sure the prompt support available for production rush demand and performing other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in Commercial or technical background.
  • Must have more than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have multinational working experience.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese in both speaking and writing would be preferred.
  • Must have working experience in Excel, word, PPT.
  • Must be pro-active, initiative, determined, open-minded, down to earth and a good team player.
