As a SCM Buyer, you will manage a portfolio of suppliers, will be responsible for pricing negotiation, supplier performance follow up, derricking plan, cost-out projects. You will be reporting directly to the Champagne Sourcing manager. Your main duties: Be responsible for a clear portfolio of vendors Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, planners, engineering, SDE.... Send and negotiate RFQ for any request of the mass production engineering department (components modification for example...), derricking projects or cost-out projects Set up Supplier Performance Review - Top 4 in portfolio Contribute to the efficiency by initiating cost out and derricking projects. Daily : Contribute to the escalation process (tier 1), investigate, negotiate with vendors, participate to internal meetings with specialist fields Daily : Ensure purchase requisitions can be processed timely and investigate to solve the blocked requisition with specialist fields(R&D, material planning, supplier quality engineer...) Daily : Timely solve the pricing dispute and price increase request. Ensure SPIR process is applied. Creation/Maintenance PIR, SL for Internal & External suppliers in MFGPRO Negotiate with vendors logistic agreement to reduce stock and secure the plants Investigate and solve reasons of Blocked Invoices on request of the P2P Admin Provide Forecast to Vendors (SBS)and understand the impact, and review with vendors their capacities Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree (BSC/BA) Experience in purchasing Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) Open, proactive, and cooperative Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willing to take ownership Analytical and cognitive Ability to analyse operational problems in a short time based on data-driven KPIs and / or unexpected critical situations Then we want to hear about you!
