Blue Yonder/JDA Techno-Functional analyst, Bonn Germany Location: Germany (Bonn – Rheinbach) Your main duties : Hands on IT techno-functional role, working with DC operations to design, configure and support the Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie warehouse management system Development with Blue Yonder/JDA WMS including Integrator, MOCA, Page Builder, Jasper Reports Troubleshoot system process and configuration issues, determine root cause and recommend configuration or process changes to resolve. Experience reading MOCA trace files, and with SQL and or other query languages.. Responsible for in-depth in-depth functional, technical and business process knowledge of the target application. Must be able to use knowledge to align with business objectives Responsible for system configuration, process design and governance of standard processes Demonstrate very strong analytical skills analytical and problem solving skills. Proficency of both oral and written communication to all levels of the organization. Support end to end processes and has a strong level understanding of system touch points. Serve as an escalation point for the business team for application support Participate in global business process improvement committees as needed. Strong communication skills - able to interect with senior level leaders at a global level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language). Ability to clearly document configurations and develop job aides to be used for training and reference. Qualifications What we are looking for: Preferred: relevant experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS Must have extensive functional/Technical experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS and connectivity to supporting systems as well as automated material handling equipment like Knapp automated storage and retrieval systems.. Excellent communication skils and proven ability to interact with senior leaders.
