This position is responsible for leading SCM team and developing a highly effective team to support the business in China.

1. Lead supply chain team to optimize supply base and shorten logistics lead time to contribute total cost saving and customer on time shipment.

2. Support to new vendor development and introduction under BW global strategy, support new program/application launching at supplier on time and on target.

3. Lead supplier negotiation for cost, quality, delivery, project management and service.

4. Lead supplier management from beginning to project EOP from program management, supplier quality, supplier commercial negotiation and supplier delivery compliance.

5.Support plant facility and MRO purchasing.

6. Owner for whole planning process with material and information flow form customer side to supplier side. Responsible for confirming the site supply plan, production arrangement, ensure the production planning is well organized within the company’s productivity. Manage the maintenance and enhancement of the production planning together with the operation department in order to meet the customers’ need with optimal arrangement of operation capability. Plan and develop new logistics in order to make the logistic process efficiency and cost reduction. Balance the capacity of production to meet the requirement of customers.

7. Plant champion for inventory turn rate as well as SMO control as well accuracy. According to our production situation and lead-time to evaluate the stock level and update it.

8. Be responsible for implementation quality & environment system requirements. including making decisions, identifying environmental factor, joining the management reviews.
