Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as SCM Specialist Professional - UI Planning & Control, Level 2 JOB LOCATION: Cary, NC – currently remote until mid-March (estimated 1-2 days / week in office) IF REMOTE USA only or GLOBAL? This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a SCM Specialist Professional, you will be responsible for: Planning and buying spare parts for Siemens Healthcare Updates for both Invivo & Invitro products Analyzing UI material requirements, monitoring stocking levels, working closely with 3PL partners to ensure timely receipt of material Managing supplier relationship and performance, with both internal and external vendors Working within the Quota Tool to allocate inventory accordingly Working closely with US MOD team, EPC, and other countries to align on UI quota & order release Preparation and analysis of various reports This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Experience with SAP is highly preferred, but will train the right candidate. A willingness to learn SAP and other internal tools is required Customer oriented focus Supply Chain / Logistics / Planning or related background & experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills: a willingness to collaborate, be flexible, reliable, and motivated Experience with project / initiative participation Minimal, occasional travel may be necessary Required skills to have for the success of this role BS/BA in related field, or equivalent combination of education and 4 Years SCM Specialist Experience Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite (Power BI a plus) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working in remote and in-office settings Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
