SCM Supervisor

Job Description
The role is responsible for managing production processes through procurement, inventory control, material & production planning, and shipping and receiving to achieve the goals of maximum customer services, optimum inventory level and production capacity. Manage ERP system and procedures to provide services and timely management information for decision making and control the purchasing and sourcing processes to meet quality standards with on time delivery as well as reduce product costs. The position reports to operations manager and responsible for supply chain management to ensure on time delivery, cost competitiveness as well as less inventory. Qualifications B.S. Degree, in management or related majors, with 5 years of experience in the supervisory level and five years of SCM and warehouse management Experience with Lean methodology and Material management systems Fluent verbal and written command and comprehension of English and Mandarin languages Experience operating successfully in matrix organizations of multinational corporations Demonstrate excellence in communication and interpersonal skills What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
