You will be working as part of the SCM team, reporting to SCM manager to guarantee the procurement from qualified vendors for production and spare part team, they are individually and collectively responsible for the best cost\on time delivery and good quality of goods and service. You will be taking specific responsibility for Supplier Qualification and Supply Contracts for both existing and new suppliers and you will be saving achievement to secure project operation profit and Global SCM KPI.
Your responsibilities
- Negotiating with supplier for best price/lead time/payment.
- Performing yearly price frame agreement set up and renewing it.
- Doing new supplier qualification and development.
- Managing and Improving existing Supplier performance.
- Giving daily support within the organization like Sales/Engineering/Spare part/etc. and performing daily tasks assigned by the Global SCM Team.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automation.
- Around 3 to 5 years of working experience as Sourcing/Commodity Buyer/Purchasing Engineer.
- Must have a technical background like mechanical/engineering/production and good to have analytical system knowledge, understanding of Supply chain of SI industry and logistic concepts.
- Must be able to communicate supply chain objectives clearly and convey the benefits to the organization.
- Must be able to work under pressure and have high level of sense of urgency.
- Must possess good team work spirit, command and communication skills and Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be familiar with supplier management and development, supplier network in industry and have rich experience in purchasing and analytical system integration plant is preferred.
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
