Job Description

We at ITC/A (Information Technology Commercial Vehicles Asia) take care of digitally enabling our business partners and ensuring business continuity be developing and maintaining new IT systems.
Be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data – we at IT manage all of those.
We work closely with the business partners to accelerate digital transformation by optimizing existing systems and speeding up processes #TwiceAsFast.

Job Description
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Using SCRUM methodology, plan and management multiple project's scope and timelines
2. Facilitate sprints, retrdospective meetings, and daily stand-ups for various projects
3. Coach other team members and stakeholders on SCRUM and Agile frameworks
4. Help teams implement changes effectively
5. Support Product Owner
6. Project Management and stakeholder management for digital transformation project
Your Key Tasks
1. SCRUM Leader
Uses SCRUM and Agile and waterfall methodologies, acts as the key role in the development and execution of SCRUMS. Ensures that goals, scope, and project are understood by everyon on the Scrum team as much as possible. Administers SCRUM tools and framework. Creates and delivers reporting framework for team members and management. Plans and implements daily standups and retrospectives
2. SCRUM Coaching
1:1 meetings with Senior Managers, Managers, Team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve disagreements, understand and resolve blockers, and generally spread the cultureand adoption of SCRUM to those who are unfamilar with the methods employed
3. Reporting and Tool Maintenance
Create and deliver reporting framework for team members and management; administer SCRUM tools and framework and ensure it's understood by all team members and stakeholders.
4. Problem Solving
Recognize when existing requirements are not precise enough to arrive at a usable and implementable software design.
Communicate with requirement owners to indicate possible technical feasibility issues.
