R&D and engineering function

• develop SDA(Small domestic Appliance e.g. vacuum cleaner) and personal care products with manufacturers
• 3D drawing, tooling drawing check
• construction development in cost-effective way
• sample check, test and evaluation in FFU(Fit for use) and safety
• solve problems in production to improve the quality and increase the output.
• searching solutions in construction/material/workmanship for all testing failures

Project handling

• master kickoff meeting.
• coordinate with factories different parties in quality improvements and project schedule boosting.
• other problems solving in project running.

Requirements:

• batchelor in mechanical or electronics
• very familiar with SDA engineering especially kitchen appliances, personal care products and project handling
• very familiar with plastic/metal tooling, injection/coating/spray/punching/assembly processes
• familiar with electrical construction and EN60335/605188/ERP/PAH/ROHS/Reach and/or UL requirements
• strong capability to solve problems
• over 12years working experience in SDA engineering in a buying office
• fluent English in writing and reading
• good communication skills and reporting
• quick leaner and hardworking
• good computer skills
• travelling to factories in Guangdong frequently
