Job Description :
- Manage Consolidation Process across all Divisions & Geographies during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
- Lead Corporate, Group/Division & APAC & EM Regional Reporting Requirements during AOP
- Support Sales Analytics project via Power BI Tool in Design, Development & Roll-Out
- Manage Group APAC & EM MBR/QBR deck consolidation every month for group leadership review
- Responsible of weekly Pulse Check and Opportunity Funnel consolidation for APAC & EM Group
- Manage the Daily Sales Reporting for APAC Group and work closely with the BI team for enhancement of the analytics for APAC & EM
- Publish monthly reporting for headcount, SG&A, Price Realization and statutory P&L for APAC and also provide commentary from country FP&A for variance
- Lead PowerBI initiative for APAC & EM, working closely with group focusing on top selling SKU, top sales contributed customer, market segmentation, etc
- Publish Quarterly Product Margin by division for Group to regional commercial leaders
- Consolidate Bi-Yearly Channel Partner Inventory for APAC & EM part of channel management initiative
- Lead the Annual Plan loading in financial system for all division foreign entities for total APAC
- Support APAC EM Group Managers in regional projects such new product introduction
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting and CPA / MBA from Reputed Universities
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in FP&A in an MNC environment
