• The Technical Specialist should understand and articulate strategy and
architectural approach to a wide variety of Data Center solution spaces:
HyperConverged, Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Computing, Containers etc.
• Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships within customer accounts
across the spectrum of technical users and influencers to the C-suite
• Strong understanding of local markets and clienteles
• Understanding of partner landscape would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive alliances and sales teams
• Ability to work and influence alliances and regional sales team to grow
business
• Developing and delivering technical content across for a broad customer
audience
• Ability to collect market and geo requirements and works with WW product
organizations to drive product plays
• Representing Lenovo during events (partners, customer) and other public
facing avenues
• Demonstrate a business transformation and solution-selling approach
• Work with partners, integrators and other go-to-market channels in territory
to help plan and execute a Lenovo Data Center solutions sales plan
• Pursue new strategies and technologies, making sales efforts highly
effective for customers
• Ability to drive technical collaboration across diverse customer and
internal groups

#### Position Requirements:


• Strong understanding of local markets and clienteles
• Understanding of partner landscape would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive alliances and sales teams
• Drive and exceed revenue and growth metrices with the OEM alliances
• Own and nurture relationship with assigned alliance partners
• Developing and delivering technical content across for a broad customer
audience
• Ability to collect market and geo requirements and works with WW product
organizations to drive product plays
• Work with partners, integrators and other go-to-market channels in territory
to help plan and execute a Lenovo Data Center solutions sales plan
