a. Qualification

• Engineer in the field of industrial engineering, production engineering automotive or mechanical engineering
• Product or production knowledge in the field of automotive simultaneous engineering and process planning as well as joining technologies.
• Good spatial sense and fine technical grasp in mechanical engineering

• Function- and result oriented

• High degree of personal responsibility communication, willingness to worldwide travel

b. Responsibilities

• Simultaneous engineering from start of concept to SOP
• Interface between technical development and production.

• Responsibility for the coordination between product development and process planning of body in white during start of concept to SOP of new car models and derivatives.

• Evaluation of modification in the product and joining sequence/-technologies

C. Required Education & Experience

• At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background
• More than 5 years related planning working experience in Automotive / Engineering services / product development / preferred at Germen JV / OEM

d. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

• Ensuring the manufacturability of the Body in White (cost & technology)

• Planning of production lines,
  

• cells, production-equipment in Body in White

• Participation in regular appointments in the project and dissemination of the current topics to the project team

• Change management (coordination and technical assessment of all changes for BIW)

• Compliance with the customer specifications, taking into account the production optimum (process-safe production, costs)

• Resource planning and compliance with budgets for the specific project

• Planning of production processes and cycle time
