Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong company over 50 years history
- Distributor : medical equipment and surgical devices representing various international US & European medical brands
- Main customers : government hospitals, private hospitals as well as private clinics & specialist
- We are looking for SECRETARY – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales Team of 2 members
- Issue quotation and follow up sales orders
- Handle purchase orders and liaise with oversea suppliers
- Follow up tender submission
- Tertiary education is preferable
- 2-5 years secretarial / administrative / sales support or coordination related work experience
- Experience or interest in medical or surgical devices or pharmaceutical products is a plus
- Able to handle English emails with overseas suppliers
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS Excel, Word)
- Good telephone manner, able to answer enquiries and take follow up actions independently
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Chai wan close to MTR
