Job Requirement:

• Diploma level above or related discipline
• Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit for at least 5 consecutive years
• Good communication skill, fluent in Cantonese, with a reasonable command of English and Mandarin
• Have extensive experience of loading bay operations
• Have at least 3 consecutive years full time Security Supervisor experience in commercial property with not less than 30 full time security staff deployed for daily operations
• Provide evidence of having experience of training security staff in technical matters (access control, CCTV etc.), discipline, case investigation, security incident reports, security log-keeping and duty rostering
• Hold a valid First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) certificates

Job Description

• Report to the Security Manager on all matters as required by client’s operational procedures and instructions
• Be the in-charge of the loading bay
• Execute all tasks relating to the loading bay, as assigned by the Security Manager
• Ensure all written and verbal procedures, instructions and directions relating to the loading bay are carried out promptly and efficiently
