Job Description What are my responsibilities?To lead the industrialisation of the new CV production lineCapitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domainTo participate on the design of new equipment and new linesTo lead Lean design workshopIndustrializationTo manage production equipment introduction using defined process for industrialization To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tool and validate the supplier proposalTo define the specifications and acceptance criteria for new equipment or line To perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsTo build action plans and follow up to be ready for production launchTo perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipment and processTo prepare training documentation, train operators and hand-over equipment to productionTo set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLANMass productionTo monitor QCDMS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Safety) and propose improvementTo survey the performance of equipment, always with optimization in mindTo work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costsTo update routing on Information system with SPV validationTo support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)To participate to SPV workshopTo participate and contribute at Gemba and Problem solving meetings StandardizationValidate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard OwnersValidate any change of standard proposed by sitesTo know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain To apply the SPS rules EnvironmentEnsure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of local legislation and Siemens GroupMaintain the 5S and report issues Alert for safety rules infringement What do I need to qualify for this job?3-5 years of experience in his domain of knowledge (process and industrialization)Knowledge on quality tools (capabilities, statistics, Six Sigma, DOE)PFMEA construction experience Good interpersonal and communication skills. Diplomatic & persuasiveGood synthetics presentation, planning & prioritizing skills
