Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Building service engineering
  • We specialize in the provision of engineering and building services including installation, alteration and addition, maintenance and repairing air-conditioning system, electrical system installation and other E & M facilities in Hong Kong.
  • We are both the registered ventilation contractor and electrical contractor under Buildings Department and EMSD of the Hong Kong SAR Government respectively.
  • We are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Proceed all financial transaction in full sets of Accounts (include accounts receivable and accounts payable) 
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to ensure operation is smooth and accurate 
  • Daily data entry into accounting system (knowledge in NAV Dynamics is a plus) 
  • Perform general clerical duties and other routine function department
  • Assist in preparing documentation and responses for collection proceedings related 
  • Assist Accounting manager to prepare schedule of accounts and the documents to bankers and auditors 
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records 
  • Minimum 3 years relevant accounting working experience 
  • High Diploma in accounting or LCCI higher level 
  • Excellent skills in Word & Excel 
  • Contract 6 months; high chance will change to permanent employment after contract ends
  • Annual leave : 15 days
  • 12 months + 2 X performance bonus per year

  • Office location : Cheung Sha Wan
