• Diploma in Architectural Design or Multimedia Studies or related fields; At least 8 years relevant experience in Architecture/Construction field;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and 3D modeling software experience BIM software, REVIT;
• Familiar with Government submission and working drawings (more preferred with REVIT experience);
• Have construction /tender drawing experience with CAD drafting skill (more preferred with REVIT experience);
• Good communication and team skills;
• Self-motivated, willing to work hard and under pressure;
• Good command of both Chinese and English
