Function

• Take the leader role to manage the office

• You prepare purchase documents, request offers and process order with various suppliers

• You closely follow delivery dates for our customers you are responsible for the planning, quality control and transport

• You handle correspondence concerning over-shipments, order shortages, changes in quantity, and prices and report such changes to the interested parties in a timely manner

• You further develop our supplier network

Profile

• You have a Bachelor Degree

• You are fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)

• You see yourself a team leader

• You are passionate and driven by healthy ambition

• You are a proactive and enterprising negotiator

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Living around Changping and willing to attend fairs with your team for short periods
