Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- We are a medium-sized fiduciary group offering fiduciary and administrative services for high net worth individuals and corporations.
- We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Dubai & Panama
- We are looking for SENIOR OFFICER, CORPORATE & TRUST SERVICES – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Formation of Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Administering a portfolio of companies with direct client liaison
- Handling statutory corporate actions including preparing minutes and resolutions
- Arranging bank account openings
- Coordinating for client acceptance and periodic reviews
- Conducting CRS, FATCA and economic substance classifications
- At least 5 years solid experience with a professional firm / legal firm
- Able to handle companies in various jurisdictions
- Member of HKICS is preferable
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days

- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Corporate & Trust Services
