- Focus on : development and production of professional telephony equipment such as wireless handsets, headsets, base stations and repeaters for Enterprise and VoIP systems
- We are looking for SENIOR ELECTRONIC ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Senior Engineering Manager
- Plan and carry out hardware baseband design, verification and validation during development of new products and to support technical questions to engineering department on existing products and sales opportunities.
- Circuit design and schematic creation.
- Arrange hardware review, both formal and non formal as needed and required.Make PCB layout.
- Plan and carry out hardware verification with testing reports.
- Creation and maintenance of design documentation (BOM, drawings, instruction etc.).
- Releasing of design material for production.Support production (both onsite and offsite) on product-technical and testing issues.
- Work as project manager in development teams.
- Support with technical input and feasibility study for PRS and new project opportunities.
- Be supportive to help on additional RnD tasks not mentioned above.
- Good communication skills including fluently spoken English and Putonghua.
- Experience in Microsoft office (Especially word and excel).
- Experience of schematic and layout creation (Preferable with PADS).
- Strong Knowledge and experience in Analog circuit design.
- Experience in type approval and debugging on related issues, e.g. handling of ESD and Audio-breakthrough.
- Degree holder and major in Electronic engineer or related engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in designing hardware in the telecommunication industry.
