Qualification & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M trades, preferably in plumbing & drainage system design & installation works, project management, on-site supervision of large-scale projects.
• Prior engineering consulting work experience will be advantageous
• Proficiency in the operations of MS Office, AutoCAD drawings and BIM skills.
• Good commands of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Project Engineer" and "Engineer".

Duties:

• To prepare PO, VO submission, tender documents and as fitting drawings.
• To attend site meetings and liaise with clients and internal/external parties on the project matters.
• To conduct inspection at construction sites, monitor project progress and carry out any jobs as assigned.
