Responsibilities 

• Overall monitoring a team of staff in handling property management matters including tenancy documnetation, tenant enquiries / complaints, flat visits / investigations, rent collection, etc. of a public rental housing estate
• To supervise the performance of cleansing and security staff, repairs and maintenance contractors, etc.
• To liaise with clients, tenants' representatives, district councillors, political parties, etc.

Requirements

• A practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing / the Chartered Institute of Housing / Housing Managers Registration Board with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in property management in Hong Kong, or

• Having at least 20 years’ experience in property management with not less than 6 years in the capacity of managerial post in a public housing organization in Hong Kong
