Manage ongoing research projects; brand and communication health tracking, customer satisfaction and loyalty monitoring Structure, generate and report customer MI as per the top management request.

Analyze customer and other data to come up with meaning full insights 

Customer Engagement and CRM related initiatives

• Develop and execute key customer comms 
• Develop and execute other CRM/engagement initiative linking to retention
