Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • We are one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products carrying own brand name.
  • Products : noodles, rice, canned goods, udon, ramen, frozen Japanese style snacks etc
  • Our customer portfolio including supermarkets, Chinese and Western restaurants, department stores, fast food groups, hotels , airline catering companies, canteens, schools, government organizations, and Hong Kong style tea restaurants.
  • We are looking for SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • University graduates
  • Studies in HRM / Business Administration is a plus
  • 5-8 years human resources experience
  • Experience in sizable companies is a plus
  • Experience in food manufacturing/trading/distribution is a plus
  • Able to work independently for full human resources duties in Hong Kong
  • Report to the Director
  • Perform full human resources duties in HK including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, staff records, staff events etc
  • Formulate & implement human resources policies & procedures to achieve corporate objectives
  • Lead & supervise receptionist & tea lady
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
  • Medical benefit 
  • Dental benefit 
  • Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Asst Human Resources Manager
